What is P25?
P25 two-way radio systems was developed as a standard for digital radio communications with the primary use for public law enforcement and safety agencies to enable them to communicate with other agencies and response teams in emergencies.
The P25 standard is in the public domain meaning any manufacturer can create a compatible product and its able to operate in two modes:
Conventional
– Radio channels selected by the user
